Vinh is a commercial, property and wills & estate Lawyer in our Capalaba office.  He commenced working with McCarthy Durie Lawyers in 2015 after previously working in a general practice suburban firm since 2013.

Vinh was admitted to practice in 2013 after having completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Management) in the Queensland Univeristy of Technology.  He has experience in a wide range of commercial and property matters.  He always strives at delivering quality legal services in the most cost effective and timely manner.

Vinh is also an active volunteer at Logan YFS Legal Community Centre as a pro bono solicitor in the areas of family law and general civil matters.  He is also fluent in and is able to provide sound legal advice in the Vietnamese language.

Bruce is an experienced property lawyer with 42 years in practice and the head of our Commercial and Estates team, based in Cleveland office.

Bruce’s Experience

Bruce’s expertise extends across many facets of commercial and property law, including:

  • Estate planning and administration;
  • Will drafting;
  • Commercial conveyancing;
  • Commercial leasing; and
  • Contract preparation (i.e. commercial/residential).

His particular area of interest is in wills and estates, where he has a strong track record of successfully handling clients’ affairs and requirements; whether they concern gifts, life interests, donations or funeral arrangements. Bruce can also arrange an Enduring Power of Attorney for clients in need or assist those who have been nominated as an Executor of an Estate.

Bruce is a proud husband, father and grandfather. He enjoys all kinds sports, including surfing, football and motor sports. Bruce also spends a considerable amount of leisure time baby-sitting grandchildren and waiting for his wife outside ladies’ fashion stores.
