Laura is a commercial and property lawyer with a breadth of experience in the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of commercial and residential property.
Laura’s Experience
In every matter, Laura strives to provide her clients with quality advice on the best way to achieve their commercial aspirations and desired legal outcomes. She has worked with clients of all shapes and sizes, including private clients, SMEs, property trusts and fund managers across the following disciplines:
- commercial, industrial and retail shop leasing;
- commercial, industrial and rural property sales and acquisitions;
- property development;
- strata titling and community title schemes;
- property ownership and development joint ventures;
- business sales and acquisitions (with a particular interest in rent roll and management rights transactions); and
- loan agreements, mortgages and securities.
